1. Introduction
At Ashish Tiwari Academy, we ensure quality study materials, DU SOL services, and academic support. This Refund & Return Policy covers all orders made through our website or official WhatsApp support.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be applicable only in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but order not received
- Delivery failure due to our system error
- Incorrect material provided (verified by evidence)
3. Non-Refundable Services
Following items/services are strictly non-refundable:
- Books once delivered or dispatched
- Downloadable PDF notes
- Online/Offline class fees
- DU SOL admission guidance services
- Study materials already used by the student
- Any customized or special request orders
4. Replacement Policy (Books)
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged book delivered (with photo proof)
- Wrong book delivered by mistake
Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Refund Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer).
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- PDF material cannot be cancelled after purchase.
- Class enrollments cannot be cancelled after start date.
